【摘要】:ThispartofISO945dealswiththetwo-dimensionalcharacterisationofgraphiteformandsizeincastirons.Astandardmethodfordetermininggraphiteformbyimageanalysishadnotbeendevelopedatthetimeofthisreport,butseveralmethodsareinuseintheindustry.ThepurposeofthispartofISO945istogiveanillustrationofwhatispossibleandtosuggestwaysinwhichthetechniquemightdevelopinthefuture.ThispartofISO945doesnotapplytothegraphitedistributionofgrey(lamellargraphite)castironasdefinedinISO945-1.ThispartofISO945describesproceduresusedtocarryoutimageanalysisofgraphiteformandsizeandprovidesamethodofcomparisontotheresultsobtainedusingvisualanalysistechniques.Itdoesnotspecifyanyparticularmathematicaldescriptionofthegraphiteformsbutprovidesameansforcomparison.NOTEAmathematicaldescriptionofgraphiteformisgiveninISO16112.OthermathematicaldescriptionsofgraphiteformsandinformationontechnicalresearcharegivenintheBibliography.
