【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesrequirementsforcertifiedreferencematerialsandthecontentoftheirsupportingdocumentation,inorderforthemtobeconsideredofhighermetrologicalorderinaccordancewithISO17511.Itisapplicabletocertifiedreferencematerialsclassifiableasprimarymeasurementstandards,secondarymeasurementstandardsandinternationalconventionalcalibratorsthatfunctioneitherascalibratorsortruenesscontrolmaterials.ThisInternationalStandardalsoprovidesrequirementsonhowtocollectdataforvaluedeterminationandhowtopresenttheassignedvalueanditsmeasurementuncertainty.ThisInternationalStandardappliestocertifiedreferencematerialswithassignedvaluesofdifferentialorrationalquantities.AnnexAprovidesinformationonnominalpropertiesandordinalquantities.ThisInternationalStandarddoesnotapplytoreferencematerialsthatarepartsofaninvitrodiagnosticmeasuringsystem,althoughitispossiblethatmanyelementsarehelpful.

【摘要】:Thisguidediscusseswaystoassessthelikelihoodthatahydraulicfluidwillundergobiodegradationifitentersanenvironmentthatisknowntosupportbiodegradationofsomesubstances,forexamplethematerialusedasthepositivecontrolinthetest.Theinformationcanbeusedinmakingorassessingclaimsofbiodegradabilityofafluidformula.Biodegradationoccurswhenafluidinteractswiththeenvironment,andsotheextentofbiodegradationisafunctionofboththechemicalcompositionofthehydraulicfluidandthephysical,chemical,andbiologicalstatusoftheenvironmentatthetimethefluidentersit.Thisguidecannotassistinjudgingthestatusofaparticularenvironment,soitisnotmeanttoprovidestandardsforjudgingthepersistenceofahydraulicfluidinanyspecificenvironmenteithernaturalorman-made.Ifanyofthetestsdiscussedinthisguidegivesahighresult,itimpliesthatthehydraulicfluidwillbiodegradeandwillnotpersistintheenvironmentalcompartmentbeingconsidered.Ifalowresultisobtained,itdoesnotmeannecessarilythatthesubstancewillnotbiodegradeintheenvironment,butdoesmeanthatfurthertestingisrequiredifaclaimofbiodegradabilityistobemade.Suchtestingmayinclude,butisnotlimitedto,othertestsmentionedinthisguideorsimulationtestsforaparticularenvironmentalcompartment.1.1Thisguidecoversandprovidesinformationtoassistinplanningalaboratorytestorseriesoftestsfromwhichmaybeinferredinformationaboutthebiodegradabilityofanunusedfullyformulatedhydraulicfluidinitsoriginalform.Biodegradabilityisoneofthreecharacteristicswhichareassessedwhenjudgingtheenvironmentalimpactofahydraulicfluid.Theothertwocharacteristicsareecotoxicityandbioaccumulation.1.2Biodegradabilitymaybeconsideredbytypeofenvironmentalcompartment:aerobicfreshwater,aerobicmarine,aerobicsoil,andanaerobicmedia.Testmethodsforaerobicfreshwater,aerobicsoilandanaerobicmediahavebeendevelopedthatareappropriatefortheconcernsandneedsoftestingineachcompartment.1.3Thisguideaddressesreleasestotheenvironmentthatareincidentaltotheuseofahydraulicfluidbutisnotintendedtocoversituationsofmajor,accidentalrelease.Thetestsdiscussedinthisguidetakeaminimumofthreetofourweeks.Therefore,issuesrelatingtothebiodegradabilityofhydraulicfluidaremoreeffectivelyaddressedbeforethefluidisused,andthusbeforeincidentalreleasemayoccur.Nothinginthisguideshouldbetakentorelievetheuseroftheresponsibilitytoproperlyuseanddisposeofhydraulicfluids.1.4ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
