【摘要】:Spacecrafthaveconsistentlyhadtheproblemofcontaminationofthermalcontrolsurfacesfromline-of-sightwarmsurfacesonthevehicle,outgassingofmaterialsandsubsequentcondensationoncriticalsurfaces,suchassolararrays,movingmechanicalassemblies,cryogenicinsulationschemes,andelectricalcontacts,controljeteffects,andotherformsofexpellingmoleculesinavaporstream.Tothishasbeenaddedtheneedtoprotectopticalcomponents,eitheratambientorcryogenictemperatures,fromtheminutestdepositionofcontaminantsbecauseoftheirabsorptance,reflectanceorscatteringcharacteristics.Muchprogresshasbeenaccomplishedinthisarea,suchasthecarefultestingofeachmaterialforoutgassingcharacteristicsbeforethematerialisusedonthespacecraft(followingTestMethodsE595andE1559),butmeasurementandcontrolofcriticalsurfacesduringspaceflightstillcanaidinthedeterminationoflocationandbehaviorofoutgassingmaterials.1.1Thispracticeprovidesguidanceformakingdecisionsconcerningtheuseofaquartzcrystalmicrobalance(QCM)andathermoelectricallycooledquartzcrystalmicrobalance(TQCM)inspacewherecontaminationproblemsonspacecraftarelikelytoexist.Carefuladherencetothisdocumentshouldensureadequatemeasurementofcondensationofmolecularconstituentsthatarecommonlytermed"contamination"onspacecraftsurfaces.1.2Acorollarypurposeistoprovidechoicesamongtheflight-qualifiedQCMsnowexistingtomeetspecificneeds.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

The specific tests and performance criteria applicable to the tubing are set forth in SAE J844. NOTE--The test values contained in this document are for test purposes only.
