【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60534establishesatheoreticalmethodtopredicttheexternalsound-pressurelevelgeneratedinacontrolvalveandwithinadjacentpipeexpandersbytheflowofcompressiblefluids.Thismethodconsidersonlysingle-phasedrygasesandvapoursandisbasedontheperfectgaslaws.Thisstandardaddressesonlythenoisegeneratedbyaerodynamicprocessesinvalvesandintheconnectedpiping.Itdoesnotconsideranynoisegeneratedbyreflections,mechanicalvibrations,unstableflowpatternsandotherunpredictablebehaviour.Itisassumedthatthedownstreampipingisstraightforalengthofatleast2mfromthepointwherethenoisemeasurementismade.Thismethodisvalidonlyforsteelandsteelalloypipes(seeequations(38)and(40)in5.6).Themethodisapplicabletothefollowingsingle-stagevalves:globe(straightpatternandanglepattern),butterfly,rotaryplug(eccentric,spherical),ball,andvalveswithcagetrims.SpecificallyexcludedarethefullboreballvalveswheretheproductFPCexceeds50%oftheratedflowcoefficient.Forlimitationsonspeciallownoisetrimsnotcoveredbythisstandard,see6.5.WhentheMachnumberinthevalveoutletexceeds0,3forstandardtrimor0,2forlownoisetrim,theprocedureinclause7isused.TheMachnumberlimitsinthisstandardareasfollows:
